To improve the awareness of responsibilities of employees and enhance the dynamics and competitiveness of the company, the Administrative and Personnel Department has carried out a comprehensive appraisal of the performance of the middle-level management of the company in the first half of the fiscal year and the quarter performance of all employees in the quarter in the middle of October. The appraisal focuses on the behaviors and achievements and adopts the methods of democratic appraisal and review by direct supervisors. In addition, the middle-level management have presented written reports of their work before the CEO meeting members and answered questions. The appraisal results have come out recently. The company has rewarded 14 employees, including Zhang Tongyou and others, who have been appraised as outstanding and excellent.
